Your Key Responsibilities

  • Setup and Optimization: Configure operating machines to ensure accuracy and effectiveness, performing initial test sequences to guarantee quality standards.
  • Operational Support: Assist in ramping up machines after setup and support operators in running these machines, ensuring seamless production processes.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Collaborate in maintenance tasks, including repair, prevention of downtime, and inspection of machines to maintain optimal performance.
  • Quality Assurance: Verify finished products/components against approval standards, adhering to documented procedures and maintaining accurate records and tracking.
  • Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety and production rules, utilizing personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

Your Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent GED required.
  • Skill Set: Ability to use measuring instruments, identify defects, follow written/verbal instructions, write clear English communications, operate medium-complex machinery, possess good visual acuity, and lift medium-heavy objects as needed.
  • Work Experience: Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa sponsorship.
