Job Overview

Rochester Collision Center is a leading provider of collision repair services, seeking an experienced Auto-body PDR Technician to join our team on a full-time basis.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive base salary of $60,000 per year, plus commission rate, and access to company benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Repair body damage on vehicles through paintless dent repair (PDR)
  • Take pictures of damage and update customer files accordingly
  • Ensure repairs follow all safety standards
  • Ensure a clean and safe work area
  • Maintain appropriate records and documentation accurately
  • Follow guidelines to use tools, materials, and products provided
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Previous experience in PDR work required
  • Ability to identify types of damage and determine the best repair methods
  • Knowledge of safety standards and an ability to comply with them
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
