Job Overview

Soleo Health Inc is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to support our Novi, MI Specialty Infusion Pharmacy. This role involves providing clinical support services and sterile compounding of infusion therapies under the direction of a pharmacist.

About the Role

This pharmacy technician position requires 1 year of experience in sterile compounding with excellent sterile compounding technique. You will be responsible for preparing and providing clinical support services necessary for the dispensing of injectable and oral medications. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience working as a technician in the pharmacy IV room of a hospital.

Responsibilities
  • Sterile Preparation: Prepare IV/infused medications under the direction of the pharmacist and in compliance with current regulations and standards.
  • Data Entry: Perform efficient data entry of pertinent patient and prescription information into company's pharmacy software system, as allowed by state BOP regulations.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform all cleaning and maintenance of the pharmacy clean room in accordance with company policy and state BOP regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Licensure: Registered/Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT), or as required by the BOP.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience working as a technician in the pharmacy IV room of a hospital.
