Head of Global Supply Chain

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our global supply chain operations, focusing on Snap AR glasses (Spectacles). The ideal candidate will own supplier relationships, sourcing strategies, and internal engineering partnerships across the entire supply chain.

The successful candidate will manage and lead a global team of sourcing and supply chain managers responsible for external supplier relationships. They will define and implement our overall supply management strategy to ensure available supply, optimize costs, access to differentiated technology through enabling supplier roadmaps, influence business direction, and protect Snap through robust contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the supplier relationships, sourcing strategies, and internal engineering partnerships across the entire supply chain supporting Snap AR glasses (Spectacles).
  • Manage and lead a global team of sourcing and supply chain managers responsible for external supplier relationships.
  • Define and implement our overall supply management strategy to ensure available supply, optimize costs, access to differentiated technology through enabling supplier roadmaps, influence business direction, and protect Snap through robust contracts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain or equivalent post-graduate qualification required.
  • 14+ years of professional experience in an executive leadership role within a global matrix-managed multi-site company with manufacturing and supplier operations spread over multiple continents.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the consumer electronics industry together with sourcing background in high-volume mechanical parts including metal and plastic components, cameras, batteries, optics, etc. is highly desired.

We offer a competitive salary range: $202,000-$303,000 annually (Zone A), $192,000-$288,000 annually (Zone B), and $172,000-$257,000 annually (Zone C). This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
