Notes Processor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Notes Processor to join our team at Giving Home Health Care. As a Notes Processor, you will play a crucial role in preparing medical notes for payroll and billing purposes, working collaboratively with Case Managers, Home Health Aides, and Nurses. This is a full-time position that requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as strong computer skills, particularly with Excel and Microsoft 365 applications.

Key Responsibilities:

* Retrieve missing notes and request corrections to charting from Home Health Aides and Nurses
* Process and review medical and caregiver notes for accuracy
* Collaborate with the billing specialist to ensure accurate payment of contractors
* Troubleshoot problems in a timely manner

Requirements:

* Strong computer skills, specifically with Excel and Microsoft 365 applications
* Accuracy in work tasks
* Excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
* Sharp memory with strong analytical ability
* Interest in making a difference behind the scenes for our patients and their families
* Ability to handle repetitive tasks and sitting at a computer for long periods of time
