Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with guests, utilizing O'Neill Sales Training to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Develop a passion for O'Neill products, educating guests on product details and making personalized recommendations.
  • Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with your team, fostering a supportive environment to achieve shared goals.
  • Embody integrity, consistently upholding O'Neill's policies and procedures.
