ES Clerk II

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented ES Clerk II to provide administrative support in our service delivery office. The successful candidate will provide clerical support to Eligibility Operations staff, process mail, and assist clients with completing applications.

• Provide clerical support to Eligibility Operations staff, including processing mail and opening and dating incoming applications and supporting documents.
• Review applications for required signature, date, and supporting documents, and log applications for processing.
• Return incomplete applications to clients and assist with completion when necessary.
• Copy and return original documents upon request to clients/customers.
• Respond to client inquiries and requests for assistance.

• Detailed oriented individual with the ability to apply complex policies and procedures.
• Ability to work in a highly stressful and fast-paced environment, under constant pressure to meet required deadlines.
• Knowledge of internet usage and computers.
• Ability to listen to clients, elicit, relate and evaluate information; and interpret terms as needed.
