About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Human Factors Engineer to lead investigational studies for our Spatial Computing space. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with product development teams to design and own investigations that inform success criteria for sensor-based tracking features.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify human factors risks and propose vital research at all phases of product/technology development
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to understand design and interaction challenges
  • Develop study plans and deliver results that drive decision-making
  • Conduct statistical data analysis and visualize findings to inform recommendations
Requirements
  • Proficiency in experience assessment for virtual humans, avatars, and telepresence
  • Ability to identify research goals based on ambiguous problem statements
  • Experience in prototyping study tools to verify research hypotheses
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization
  • Validated ability to present research findings and recommendations to all levels of partners
Preferred Qualifications
  • BS and a minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience
  • Experience with Motion Capture, Multi-Sensory Interactions, or Biomechanics
