We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinical Laboratory Specialist to join our dynamic healthcare team at KA Recruiting Inc. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to patient care through clinical laboratory testing and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of laboratory procedures across different disciplines, including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and immunology.
  • Conduct analyses of blood, tissue, and other bodily fluids using sophisticated laboratory equipment.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and troubleshoot issues to ensure proper functioning.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely diagnostic information.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree in Medical Technology or related field (or Associate s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology).
  • Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) by a recognized accrediting agency (e.g., ASCP).
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
