A Day in the Life

">

You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our hotel, providing top-notch service to our guests, and being an advocate for our property. You will create memorable experiences for our guests and develop relationships that will keep them coming back. Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • ">
  • Maintaining the lobby, hallways, public areas, including the sidewalk, brass awning poles, signage, entrance, and alley in pristine condition.">
  • Cleaning and setting up meeting rooms according to function sheets.">
  • Performing deep cleaning tasks, such as shampooing rooms and public spaces, as assigned.">
  • Setting up and maintaining complimentary hotel lobby functions, including morning coffee service and nightly concierge events.">
  • Delivering housekeeping items to guest rooms upon request from the front desk.">
  • Receiving assignments, keys, pagers, and special guest requests from your supervisor at the beginning of your shift.">
  • Checking and replenishing supplies and cleaning tools.">
  • Responding quickly and friendly to guest requests.">
  • Returning lost items with proper documentation to the Housekeeping Department.">

Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.">
  • One year of experience in customer service or a similar position.">
  • Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.">
  • PASSION FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GOOD VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS.">
  • BASIC WRITING SKILLS.">
  • FLEXIBILITY IN SCHEDULE TO WORK EVENINGS, WEEKENDS, AND HOLIDAYS WHEN NEEDED.">

About the Opportunity
