Job Responsibilities
  • Assess and identify patient/family needs, utilizing the nursing process to develop and implement effective care plans
  • Coordinate the Plan of Care with the Interdisciplinary Group (IDG) to ensure comprehensive and seamless care delivery
  • Provide palliative and supportive care to patients and their families, focusing on maximizing comfort and enhancing quality of life
Requirements
  • Current Florida license as RN, current active single-state out-of-state nurse license, or current active multistate/compact nurse license
  • Minimum one (1) year in-patient nursing or hospice experience for external candidates; for internal applicants, minimum of 6-months of LPN experience with hospice/home health within an affiliate
  • Previous experience working with an EMR/EHR system
  • Ability to use equipment with visual and auditory mechanisms
  • Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Flexible schedule to meet the needs of Hospice House patients
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
