Job Summary

Zimmer Biomet is a leading medical technology company seeking a skilled Field Inventory Auditor to join our team. As a Field Inventory Auditor, you will play a critical role in maintaining and expanding relationships with our customers, including distributors, independent agents, direct sales, and support staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct periodic inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Audit Supervisor to maintain proper inventory controls and traceability across physical locations and lots.
  • Perform audit and reconciliation process for terminated distributors.
  • Make recommendations for process improvements to manage distributor inventory.
  • Interface with distributors, sales management, finance, and operations personnel to discuss inventory discrepancies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 0-3+ years of related experience, preferably within the medical device industry.
  • Experience with Inventory Control practices and physical audits within Spinal Orthopedics is preferred.
  • SAP experience and proficiency preferred.
