Job Title: Lead Quality Engineer

The Lead Quality Engineer is responsible for overseeing the quality department and ensuring that all aspects of the product lifecycle meet quality and team objectives. Key responsibilities include creating and communicating performance metrics, maintaining internal audit and corrective action systems, and ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and measure performance metrics to drive quality and team objectives
  • Maintain internal audit and corrective action systems
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
  • Interface with customers on quality issues
  • Reduce the cost of poor-quality
  • Foster an environment of quality responsibility among employees

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of quality leadership/management experience
  • AS9100 knowledge
  • MRB process
  • In-depth knowledge of Quality Management Systems
