Strategic Business Operations Manager

A-STAFFING, INC. seeks a Strategic Business Operations Manager to join our team in the United States.
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
Job Description:The Corporate Planning Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Treasurer's duties, including financial reporting and tax filing, as well as managing the Corporate Planning division and Administrative division.
- Prepare corporate tax returns and communicate with external USCPA
- File monthly, quarterly, and annual state tax filings and make estimated tax payments
- Prepare consolidated financial reports every quarter and communicate with the parent company in Japan
- File Annual Reports to states
- Communicate with banks to open, close, and manage bank accounts
- Finance company funds to maximize profits
- Manage accounting ERP system implementation
- Consult on all divisional accounting concerns and questions
- Budget control
- Assist the Accounting division as needed
- Support the IT division
- Basic knowledge of accounting standards, regulatory standards, and general business
- Managerial experience
- Strong communication skills
- Bilingual in Japanese and English
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field
