We are seeking a residential educator to join our team at Wyndy LLC in Bristol, VA.

About the Position

This is a rewarding opportunity to work with a loving family and help them achieve their goals. As a weekday babysitter, you will be responsible for caring for and educating young children.

  • Develop and implement engaging educational activities.
  • Assist with daily routines, meals, and housekeeping.

The ideal candidate will have experience in childcare and education, and be able to maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A love of learning and teaching.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to follow directions.
  • Passion for helping others.

A valid driver's license and clean driving record are also required. A background check will be conducted as part of the hiring process.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 per year, which includes a base pay of $45,000 and an additional $5,000 for benefits.
