Reporting to the Rehab Services Manager or Rehabilitation Supervisor, you will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to perform various patient-related activities. Your goal will be to improve and maximize patient mobility and independent functioning within their physical limitations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist licensed Physical Therapists in the development and implementation of patient treatment plans.
  • Conduct patient evaluations and assessments to identify areas of improvement.
  • Administer treatments and interventions to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
  • Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the licensed Physical Therapist.

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA accredited school or equivalent.
  • Current Illinois licensure or eligibility.
  • American Heart Association BLS CPR certification.
  • 1-2 years of setting-specific experience preferred.
