We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Sleep Expert - Sales Professional to join our team at Mattress Firm. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guidance to help customers find their perfect mattress.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Offer expert product knowledge and advice to customers to ensure they find the right mattress
  • Provide personalized service to create a seamless shopping experience
• Sales and Revenue
  • Achieve sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to increase revenue and meet sales goals
• Visual Merchandising and Marketing
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an attractive store environment
  • Adhere to marketing programs and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement
• Operations and Administration
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues professionally and efficiently
  • Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed
  • Attend training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a retail environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Knowledge of mattresses and sleep products a plus
