About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Specialist to join our dynamic team as an Applied Behavior Analyst (ABA) therapist. As a BCBA, you will work closely with clients, families, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and ensure the highest quality of care.

Job Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Conduct Functional Assessments and Develop Treatment Plans: Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to address goals.">
  • Implement ABA Therapy Programs: Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs for clients, ensuring effective and safe delivery of services.">
  • Supervise Support Staff: Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff to enhance their skills and confidence.">
  • Monitor Progress and Adjust Plans: Regularly review client progress, analyze data, and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.">
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure cohesive and effective treatment strategies.">
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation to meet regulatory requirements.">
  • Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay informed about research, trends, and best practices in the field of behavior analysis to enhance your skills and expertise.">
  • Participate in Team Meetings: Contribute to team meetings and program development discussions to drive continuous improvement.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA): Must be certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.">
  • Masters Degree: Hold a Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.">
  • Experience Working with Diverse Populations: Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, or other behavioral challenges.">
  • Knowledge of ABA Principles: Strong knowledge of ABA principles, methodologies, and ethical guidelines.">
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.">
  • Ability to Work Collaboratively: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to drive results.">
  • Experience Supervising RBTs: Experience in supervision and training of RBTs preferred.">
