Job Summary: Nemacolin Inc is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Welcome Gate Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our resort staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests upon arrival and provide clear directions to resort facilities.
  • Assist guests with their needs and maintain a clean and professional welcome center.
  • Ensure steady traffic flow through the gate and maintain a positive relationship with guests.
  • Provide information regarding all resort facilities and services.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Previous supervisory experience is required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to speak English fluently.
  • Ability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, and/or pull objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
