Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at the Children's Evaluation & Therapy Center (CETC). This role offers a unique opportunity to provide assessments and treatments to clients with speech and hearing disorders, while also receiving comprehensive training and support.

The Role:

As a Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality assessments and treatments to clients, as well as contributing to the development of individual plans of care using a multidisciplinary approach. You will work closely with our team of professionals to ensure that each client receives the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments in the area of need
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
  • Provide therapy sessions in accordance with the client's plan of care and evaluation results
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
  • Document client progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Able to obtain a State of Maryland clinical fellow licensure through ASHA
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a clinical setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy

CETC offers a competitive salary, ranging from $65,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
