Job Title: Accident Claims Specialist Los Angeles

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Accident Claims Specialist to join our team at Swyft Staffing in Los Angeles. As an Accident Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting attorneys with various duties assigned to them.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide clients with case status updates. You will also be responsible for researching legal-related matters as required.

Essential Functions:

You will assist clients with setting appointments for medical treatment, draft demand letters, and file lawsuits. Additionally, you will need to communicate with clients and open claims with insurance companies.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have basic knowledge of personal injury law and be able to navigate complex legal processes.
