Senior UX Designer with Expertise in Data-Driven Decision Making

Providence Health & Services is seeking a Senior User Experience (UX) Designer to join our Analytics Center of Excellence. In this role, you will play a crucial part in crafting user-centered experiences that drive data-informed decision making in a complex healthcare setting.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and presentation skills, enabling them to translate UX insights into compelling stories that influence decisions and align stakeholders. As a proactive self-starter, you will demonstrate flexibility and cross-functional capabilities, conducting workshops and applying rapid mixed-method research techniques.
You will collaborate with data visualization designers and utilize insights to shape data strategies. Additionally, you will help mature and evangelize UX best practices within the organization while delivering measurable solutions that meet diverse stakeholder needs.

About the Job- Bachelor's Degree in Human-Centered Design, Psychology, Human Behavior, Analytics, or related field of study.
- 6 years progressively increasing responsibility in customer relationship management or customer-facing engagement and communication.
- 3 years qualitative and quantitative data analysis and insight synthesis and reporting.
