Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in an outpatient dialysis center. As a LPN, you will play a critical role in delivering care to patients with chronic kidney disease. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice required
  • Current CPR certification required
  • IV certification required if required by state regulations
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body as required by CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system
