Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily treatment experience of each client, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and re-assessments as required, using evidence-based practices and clinical judgment.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating the client's goals, preferences, and cultural background.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Licensed clinician (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) with a strong foundation in evidence-based practices.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a mental health setting, with a minimum of 1 year working with individuals with severe and persistent mental disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Knowledge of DSM-5, psycho-social rehabilitation, and recovery principles, with a commitment to best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This estimate is based on national averages and may vary depending on location.
