Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Services Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our inpatient rehabilitation services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing clinical teams and ensuring high-quality patient care.

About UofL Health Frazier Rehab Institute

Located in downtown Louisville, Kentucky, UofL Health Frazier Rehab Institute is a leading provider of comprehensive acute rehabilitation services. Our state-of-the-art facility offers specialty programs and outpatient locations throughout the region.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Clinical Manager, overseeing the supervision and instruction of professional staff, supportive staff, and students providing rehabilitation services.
  • Ensure smooth operations, prompt responses to problems, continued department development, and program expansion.
  • Collaborate with interdepartmental functions and activities to ensure effective operations aligned with facility objectives.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Licensed or eligible in the Commonwealth of Kentucky or State of Indiana, as appropriate.
  • Bachelor of Science or entry-level master's degree in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech therapy from an accredited institution.
  • BLS certification through the American Heart Association.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in an environment commensurate with practice setting and programmatic needs.
  • Proficiency in Quality Improvement and Project Management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a lead role.
  • Previous experience in program planning and management, competency assessment, promoting and supporting change initiatives.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
