**Job Overview**

The Rosewood at Fort Oglethorpe is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nursing Care Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nursing Care: Provide routine daily nursing care and services to our residents, including assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), incontinent care, bowel and bladder functions, and vital signs monitoring.
  • Resident Support: Assist residents with meal tray set-up and feeding, as well as transportation to activities and therapy sessions.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of resident care and complete flow sheets as directed.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care and excellent communication.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; State of Georgia Certified Nursing Assistant certification preferred; Long-term health care experience as a Nursing Assistant a plus.
  • Skills and Abilities: Skilled in directing and motivating others; ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team; strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Benefits: This position offers a competitive salary range of $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
