">We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care Unit (PCU) team at Baxter Health. As a Patient Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and leadership within our nursing team.
">About the Role:
">The Patient Care Specialist is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans while collaborating with healthcare team members. This involves utilizing the nursing process to deliver evidence-based care and promoting a healing culture for our patients and their families.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- ">
- Provide direct patient care for assigned patients on the nursing unit and lead by example within the nursing team.">
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served, through the model of Shared Governance.">
- Collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidence-based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- ">
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. ADN required. BSN Preferred.">
- Current Arkansas or Compact State RN License in good standing.">
- A minimum of two (2) years experience preferred.">
- BLS required. ACLS within the first year of employment.">
- Ability to read, write and communicate effectively. Basic computer knowledge required.">

Salary:
">The estimated salary for this role is $75,000 - $95,000 per annum, depending on experience.
