We are seeking a dedicated LPN to provide exceptional care to our residents in a small, home-like community. As a nurse, you will work closely with residents to promote their health and well-being, and ensure their needs are met.

Responsibilities:

As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing nursing care in accordance with the client's plan of care, including comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluation, monitoring of the client's condition, health promotion, and prevention coordination of services. You will also ensure that our community follows all federal, state, and local laws and regulations as pertains to resident services and care.

Requirements:

We are looking for a nurse with a minimum of two years' experience in assisted living or a nursing home. You must be able to work nights and weekends, and have a dedication to seniors and their well-being.
