Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dairy Department Stocker to join our team at Wegmans Food Markets. As a key member of our grocery team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that our shelves are fully stocked with fresh products.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and disposing of trash and recyclables.
  • Ensure that our shelves are fully stocked with fresh products by receiving and stocking merchandise, rotating stock, and monitoring inventory levels.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
