About the Role

The Chief Client Growth Officer will be responsible for leading and managing client relationships, fostering a culture of excellence, and delivering exceptional results. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop innovative solutions to exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through proactive identification of client needs and the development of tailored solutions.

• Develop and implement long-term client strategies aligned with business objectives, driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction.

Team Leadership

• Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of account managers, directors, etc., providing mentorship and coaching to foster a collaborative and positive team culture.

Campaign Oversight

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, monitoring performance and identifying areas for improvement.

Financial Management

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring profitability and optimizing resource allocation.

Business Development

• Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients, driving growth and expansion.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in agency account management or brand management.

• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Strong leadership and management skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Deep understanding of the marketing industry, including digital, PR, and creative disciplines.

• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with experience using project management tools and software.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is up to $160,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
