Job Title:

We are seeking a Speech Therapist to join our team at ACCESS Group Inc.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Speech-Language Pathology and be certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). A minimum of one year of experience working with children and adolescents is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate, assess, diagnose, select interventions, and treat clients in need of speech therapy services.
  • Administer and score speech therapy assessments and complete comprehensive evaluations annually.
  • Develop individualized speech therapy treatment plans with measurable goals and objectives.
  • Provide speech therapy services to identified clients, including explanations for missed sessions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to discuss client progress and develop solutions to problems.
  • Document weekly therapy schedules, daily progress notes, and billing using deTaso or paper documentation.

Requirements:
  • Education/Certification: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university and current certification by ASHA.
  • Experience/Knowledge Required: One year of experience working with children and adolescents is preferred.
  • Skills/Abilities: Effective communication, strong organizational skills, basic computer skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Estimated Salary:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
