About the Role

As a Per Diem LPN, you will provide high-quality patient care, working under the supervision of physicians or Registered Nurses. Your responsibilities will include administering medications and treatments, documenting patient information, educating residents and their families, and supervising nursing assistants.

You will be an advocate for Patient-Centered Care, focusing on four main areas: medication administration, documentation, education, and supervision. You must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements
  • A current LPN license in the state of Ohio is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • You should be able to work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
