Job Description

The Senior Credit and Deductions Manager will be responsible for leading a team of credit analysts and deduction analysts within our customer financial services division. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and sharing shortages reporting
  • Working cross-functionally to support and resolve logistical deductions
  • Leading the reporting of strategic KPIs for CFS teams
  • Ensuring timely and accurate reporting
  • Rolling out system enhancements and implementing strategies to enhance AR collections/deductions processes

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5+ years of managerial experience in finance, accounting, or engineering
  • 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, sales finance, credit/accounts receivable areas
  • Confirmed experience as a manager of collections, deductions & risk assessment functions
  • Strong MS Excel/PowerPoint and SAP (or similar system) skills
  • Ability to partner with key internal team members and communicate effectively with customers
