EIC Systems Project Coordinator

As a Construction Planning Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of EIC Systems projects. This position requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive execution plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, operations, engineers, and contractors to align schedules, work package inputs, and ensure seamless project execution.
• Resource Allocation: Identify and allocate necessary resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all planning and execution activities.

• Bachelor's Degree: Engineering or Construction Management within an applicable discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Industry Experience: 10+ years prior oil and gas industry experience preferred.
• Skills and Qualifications: Strong knowledge of EIC systems, project management principles, planning and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project), excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, commitment to safety and quality standards, proficiency in Microsoft applications, and electrical, instrumentation, fire and gas, and control commissioning.

• Salary: $125/hour.
• Location: Malaga, NM.
• Assignment Duration: 12 months+.
• Work Schedule: 5/12s.
