Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Stepdown Unit at All Saints Hospital in Racine, WI. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients, implement and monitor patient care plans, and coordinate with other disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans, including assessing and coordinating patient discharge planning needs.
  • Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
  • Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 month of hire date required.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date required.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire required.
