Compensation Package

This position comes with an average annual compensation of $125,000-$145,000, based on performance and including bonuses. We're seeking an experienced and driven professional to join our expanding team, working towards meeting sales targets and exceeding expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture exclusive high-quality Fiber Internet leads daily, focusing attention on each opportunity.">
  • Conduct door-to-door sales in targeted residential areas, introducing our Fiber Internet services and educating potential clients about the benefits and features of our product compared to traditional cable internet.">
  • Engage directly with potential customers, fostering positive relationships on behalf of the Value Vortex brand.">
  • Memorize and confidently deliver tailored sales pitches to diverse customer needs, ensuring clarity and consistency.">
  • Capture customer insights, recording feedback to support continuous improvement in marketing and product strategies.">
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets by utilizing effective and strategic marketing techniques.">
  • Stay updated on the latest product improvements and sales tactics through regular training sessions and team meetings.">
  • Accurately document sales activity, customer information, and other marketing data.">
  • Innovate methods to increase community awareness and uptake of fiber optic services.">
  • Adhere to company policies, uphold ethical standards, and consistently deliver high-quality service.">

Requirements
