Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to represent our company and drive sales growth.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and expand existing client relationships to ensure exceptional service and identify potential new sales opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue new sales leads, set appointments, and manage the sales cycle to close new business in all service categories.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge to conduct demos and handle objections effectively.
  • Prepare and present concise and accurate reports, proposals, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations.
  • Collaborate with other sales representatives to ensure quotas are met and company standards are upheld.

Requirements:

  • Three or more years of sales experience within a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with sales management software and CRM.
  • Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
  • MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE, REGISTED AND INSURED VEHICLE.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven success rate at levels above sales quota.
  • Ability to travel at least 25-40% of the time to customers and/or events. Mileage is reimbursed.
