Mechanic Specialist

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team at Agile Premier. In this role, you will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance on heavy equipment, vehicles, and other machinery.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and complex repairs on heavy equipment, vehicles, and other machinery as assigned through work orders.
• Conduct scheduled maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and extend the lifespan of equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment operation, repair, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure the workshop, offices, and equipment are clean and organized to maintain a safe working environment.
• Report any potential hazards or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Apply skills learned from human performance training to improve personal performance and contribute to a culture of excellence.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in automotive and/or heavy equipment repairs, with knowledge of preventative maintenance and general repair of motor vehicles, heavy equipment, and mechanized equipment.

Estimated Salary Range:

$65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
