Electronics Technician II

The Electronics Technician II is a key member of our team, responsible for testing, troubleshooting, repairing, and modifying electronic components, electro-mechanical assemblies, parts, equipment, and systems. This role requires a strong understanding of electronics, electrical circuitry, engineering mathematics, electronic and electrical testing, and physics.
Key Responsibilities:- Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and engineering instructions to assemble and test electronic or mechanical units.
- Test electronics units using standard test equipment and analyze results to evaluate performance and determine need for adjustment.
- Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions, working with manufacturers and field representatives as necessary to procure replacement parts.
- Maintain system logs and manuals to document testing and operation of equipment.
- Provide user applications and engineering support and recommendations for new and existing equipment with regard to installation, upgrades, and enhancement.
- 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of methods and procedures in troubleshooting, circuitry, or mechanical characteristics as related to the area of assignment.
- Ability to learn new test software and equipment and to identify abnormal conditions in equipment and product.
- Manual and finger dexterity, ability to make precisely coordinated movements.
- Ability to work in multiple software systems, including time enter, data enter.
- Competitive salary range: $31.42 to $41.21.
