Salary: $18-$20 per hour (negotiable based on experience)

About the Role

This direct-hire position involves managing medical records for personal injury cases. Key responsibilities include:

  • Locating and correcting errors or reporting them to supervisors
  • Accurately inputting and reviewing medical records
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure timely documentation preparation
  • Maintaining and updating the case management system

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in medical records management
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Ability to work Monday-Thursday from 8am-5pm and Fridays from 8am-4pm
  • Previous experience in a personal injury law firm is an asset
