We are seeking a diligent Mailroom Assistant to perform tasks related to the distribution and management of incoming and outgoing mail. This role involves a blend of customer service and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring correct distribution and timely dispatch.
- Utilize ERP systems to track mailroom activities and maintain accurate records.
- Operate mailroom equipment such as inkjet printers and courier services.
- Leverage systems like Microsoft Access and About Time for data entry and timekeeping tasks.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries or issues related to mail delivery.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive mail items.
- Coordinate courier deliveries and track packages to ensure secure and timely delivery.
- Maintain an organized and efficient work environment within the mailroom.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using Konica Minolta and Kronos Timekeeping Systems for various administrative tasks.
- Conduct regular data entry tasks to ensure accurate record keeping.
- Proficient in ERP software
- Comfortable using Microsoft Access
- Familiarity with About Time software is beneficial
- Experience with courier services
- Strong customer service skills are essential
- Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy
- Experience with handling deliveries is preferred
