Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team at Bizmetric. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, implementing, and optimizing infrastructure and deployment pipelines to improve software delivery, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the migration to the new stack, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth transitions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align migration efforts with overall project timelines and objectives.
  • Identify and address potential risks or bottlenecks during the migration process, proactively implementing mitigation strategies to maintain system stability.
  • Implement automated testing and deployment strategies to streamline the migration process, reducing manual intervention and increasing reliability across all environments.
  • Monitor post-migration performance closely, providing continuous optimization and support to ensure the new stack operates efficiently and meets business requirements.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or a related role.
  • Proficiency with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps).
  • Expertise in scripting (Python, Bash) and automation frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of networking, security, and server management.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator) are a plus.
