Product Manager

TikTok is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of payment and settlement solutions for TikTok Shop. As a key member of the commerce team, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing a visionary product roadmap that provides seamless user experiences for merchants and customers.
- Develop a strategic vision and roadmap for payment and settlement solutions, aligning with the company's overall commerce strategy.
- Manage the design and implementation of payment and settlement products, ensuring seamless user experiences and high-quality customer support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX design, and product operations, to translate product strategies into tangible outcomes.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including operation teams, product operation teams, and customer support teams, to align goals, priorities, and roadmaps.
- Provide critical insights into product performance, understanding user pain points and addressing gaps to drive business growth.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on payment and settlement solutions.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to communicate concisely and influence outcomes.
- Strong understanding of US users' key asks and best practices in ecommerce platforms.
- Ability to think creatively and approach key problems with system-level thinking.
