Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Lead to join our Wireless Technology organization, which is transforming the future of connectivity by building America's first virtualized, standalone 5G wireless network from scratch. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing long-term strategies for CDP, Marketing Automation, and Sales Automation systems within our enterprise portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for CDP, Marketing Automation, and Sales Automation systems, utilizing data analytics to inform decision-making.
- Lead the creation and prioritization of a product feature backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve lead-to-sales systems, staying competitive in a dynamic market.
- Serve as the primary liaison between senior leadership, marketing, and product management, defining strategies, goals, and KPIs.
- Provide technical guidance, ensuring scalable, secure solutions and resolving technical challenges in line with business needs.
- Promote compliance with industry standards and partner with engineering to drive innovation and process optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; master's degree or MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management, with 5+ years focused on CDP, Marketing Automation, Sales Automation, or similar systems; extensive Agile experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in system architecture, API management, and cloud computing.
- Background in sales channel management and commissions platforms.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Preferred experience in telecommunications, technology, or finance.
- Desired: advanced certifications like SAFe; proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and related tools.
Compensation
The estimated salary range for this position is $96,250 - $137,500 per year, based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies.
