Job Overview

PuroClean of Boise is seeking a skilled Property Restoration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our restoration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe and efficient restoration of properties affected by water, fire, mold, and biohazard damage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of damaged properties to identify restoration needs
  • Develop and implement effective restoration plans to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with customers, partners, and team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
  • Operate various types of equipment and technology to restore properties to their pre-loss condition
  • Document restoration activities and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in property restoration, environmental remediation, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
