Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Psychiatric Social Worker/Outpatient Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to clients, conduct interviews and assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, including interviews and reviews of relevant documentation.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that address clients' unique needs and goals.
  • Provide counseling and therapy services to clients, either individually or in group settings.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) or Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed Social Worker (LSW) credential issued by the N.J. State Board of Social Work Examiners.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish required.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
