Jackson + Coker is partnering with a state-of-the-art hospital in South Dakota to provide locum tenens gastroenterology coverage. This opportunity offers a unique chance to work in a beautiful Midwest town with a vibrant downtown and easy access to outdoor adventures.

Job Details:

  • Assignment: 24 hour call coverage with possible outpatient responsibilities
  • Requirements: Active South Dakota license or IMLC LOQ preferred, Board Certification required, ERCP required, EUS is a plus
  • Workload: Average 6-12 new inpatient consults a day, 10-15 patients to round, 6-8 procedures per day
  • Support: Hospitalist admits all patients, two APPs Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm, one on weekends and holidays
  • EMR: EPIC
  • Level 2 trauma center
