About This Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our expanding sales team. Your exceptional leadership skills, innovative problem-solving abilities, and customer-centric approach will be instrumental in establishing and nurturing long-term partnerships with our clients. Your dedication to working with our largest and most strategic customers will be pivotal in driving business growth and scaling SafetyCulture's operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full sales process to close, ensuring quarterly targets are met
- Attend roadshows and customer summits to educate prospective customers on our solutions
- Deliver in-person and online demos, highlighting the value of our solutions tailored to customer needs
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding for new clients
- Work closely with internal teams, including product, legal, marketing, and customer support, to achieve commercial objectives
- Serve as the voice of the customer, providing valuable insights to our cross-functional partners, including our world-class product team
- Maintain data integrity through Salesforce and provide regular sales activity reports
About You
We're looking for a seasoned Senior Account Executive with a proven track record in B2B sales, boasting a strong consultative approach and ability to build trust with strategic and enterprise-level customers. Your motivation to identify new customer opportunities and drive expansion with existing clients will be essential in driving business growth. Additionally, your excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple client accounts, and proficiency in handling high-volume client interactions are highly valued.
