Job Title: Surveillance Agent - Casino Security

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Surveillance Agent to join our team at PlayLV Gaming. As a Surveillance Agent, you will be responsible for monitoring casino activities via CCTV systems, identifying irregularities, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate surveillance equipment to monitor casino activities
* Identify and report any irregularities or deviations from normal activities
* Maintain accurate video documentation
* Ensure compliance with gaming regulations
* Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

* At least 2 years of experience in a gaming surveillance department
* Working knowledge of gaming regulations and policies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Working knowledge of computer technology and software

Preferred Qualifications:

* Working knowledge of iTrak
* Previous experience working in a similar resort setting
