We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hotel Front Desk Associate.
About the Role
As a Hotel Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience during their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the hotel reception desk, handling guest inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of room assignments and payments.
- Utilize our check-in management program to streamline the guest experience and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring the reception area is clean and well-maintained.
- Work collaboratively with the hotel team to provide exceptional service and support to our guests.
Requirements
- Fluent communication in German, minimum B2 level.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an asset.
